  1. The passport bros started in the '60s when WW2 vets returned to Japan and Europe. It escalated with Vietnam vets on r&r in Japan and Thailand. On returning to the West I was immediately struck by the gauche crassness that was invisible when leaving. 80% of women were invisible to me. Asian women would stand out like gazelles on a hog farm.
