It's perfectly fine for your style to be described as a composite of multiple artists who inspired you, that's how music evloves. However, there is such a thing as being a direct rip off which suggests that you don't have a style of your own. I don't think it's fair to compare her to Madonna too much, because Madonna actually made a lot of good songs - not just gimicky throwaway rubbish; she was *far* better and I don't even like her! But Gaga is quite plainly different stylistically anyway.
