  1. If anyone wants to draw conclusions based on race then all they need to do is remove as many other factors as possible. If you point to some poor neighbourhood and conclude that it's simply "cause they're black" then prove it by instead analysing black citizens of wealthy/prosperous neighbourhoods - if it's our ethnicity then comfy suburban black Americans should be just as violent too. Violence is certainly an issue for many black people (never the majority, which further disproves the lazy "it's their nature" conclusion) but there are sociological reasons - family life, wealth, future prospects etc; it's not some special DNA in Africans.
