They're genetically predisposed to criminality, see" Oh, and don't mention the word 'racism' ; racists find it offensive, it upsets them. Racism is just an excuse blacks make when the police decide ahead of time to arrest two thousand of them. Always playing that damn reality card. Race card, whatever.
