@robinvan1983 It's as much a snowman with a conehead as a swastika is a bendy plus sign. Again, it's supposed to represent something and that's what it represents. As it stands, yes he is allowed to celebrate the KKK on his propery, I didn't say he wasn't. I don't think he *should* be, but that's irrelevant right now. And his reasons for doing so are secondary, I still think he deserves what I said he deserves.

@Abena20 See this is where I agree with you more than Cenk, on a philosophical level. Here in Britain we have a law regarding 'incitement of racial hatred'. See, just as it's not legal to verbally abuse somebody, there are limits to your freedom of expression. I don't think what he did can be described as 'keeping the peace'. By celebrating racial murder he's creating tension and a hostile atmosphere. He's not just swinging his fist in the air, therefore.

@robinvan1983 *Again* it's SUPPOSED to represent something etc etc If it's not supposed to represent it, then plainly that's a different story. Of course I'm only condemning it because I know his intentions, it'd be stupid of me to condemn it if it was genuinely innocent. Why do you say I'm raging? I dislike what he did, and who he is, but I'm not raging. I'd be raging if I was in his area, but not here. Few bits though: You keep talking about sexual themes. I get that this doesn't bother..

@h1gh4LLD4Y He does have the right, where in the report does it say that he doesn't have the right? And whether or not an expression is built out of snow, or ink on paper is irrelevant.

@Vincentxr6 I think they deny that they're racist up to a point, and past that point they claim that racist views and behavior are right (for their racial group) and that the notion that racism is wrong is the problem. So you have those that claim not to be racist after blatantly expressing racism (i.e. Richards), then those that say that society's twisted things so their perfectly normal racism is now somehow wrong. That's what I've seen, anyway.

@robinvan1983 I can assume that, because I'm not a blithering idiot. You'd have to be a complete idiot to think "hey, let's not assume that it's a klansman". Anybody that unrealistic is a fool, and has no grasp on the real world. We both know what it was, and so yes we can just assume - it's called judgement. Anyway, you responded to an obviously unfinished message and mention it not having a "swastica" on it which nobody said it did. You ain't too bright, so I'm done.

...you, but your comparison of this to something merely sexually overt suggests that maybe you don't get how this is so different in other people's minds. This is a klansman with a noose - it celebrates the torture and murder of people based on their ethnicity, it's not akin to pornography. And I get that he legally can do this, you don't have to keep reminding me.

@robinvan1983 I'm more for violently murdering him (I don't say that in anger, that's what I personally think is deserved). But don't come out with "oh it just looks like a wizard or an alien". It's supposed to represent something specific, which is what it represents.

I don't think this is merely swinging your fist in the air. It's illegal to assault a person, be it through physical violence or verbal abuse. If you were to tell somebody that their family should be killed, and reminded them of this every time you saw them how is that not abuse? Expressing that in sign form is no different, and that's all this is. Expressing white pride? Non abusive. Expressing your views that certain people should be murdered? Abusive.
