  1. One will kill you deliberately while the other will have you killed as part of a larger operation, not caring whether you're killed or not. One is far more presentable to the public but the ends are identical. If it were my son, brother, father etc.who was killed by drone, I wouldn't be less enraged at Barrack Obama because he'd had him killed as part of American terrorism than if Kim Jong Un had killed him for personal reasons.
