  1. I enjoy your videos. Good info and good narration. After about 50 years of doing my own amateur auto repairs and begging various friends to help me with auto repairs, I solved all of my automotive repair problems. I got rid of all vehicles and moved near a bus stop.

  2. Why would the scammer mechanic do that? It sounds like the mechanic knows a lot about cars to be able to come up with a scam which seems so sophisticated. Why would someone with that level of skill need to resort to scamming a customer?
