  1. @risbo3000 Yes. I'm not English or American, nor do I live in a english speaking country (and I actually have learned a bit of Mandarin a couple of years back), I'm Portuguese and I'm still of the opinion that we have to have a universal language that everyone learns all over the entire world - that is the only way we are going to understand each other. English (for historical reasons) is the most spread, but if it had been Mandarin (which I found Gramatically simple), or any other... so be it.

  2. I think it his a pitty to lose ones language, for that it is like losing a part of ones culture or sense of self, but I think that what we get back is much more than what we lose. When the world all speaks the same language, has the same culture, the same education, and even the same currency, that's when we will stop fighting one another and will work together in for a comon good - we will be ONE WORLD. It's a "Star Trek" dream, I know, but so much is lost in translation... we have to change.
