And we have NGOs funded by fat cats allowed to fiddle with elections. And our politicians call Ukraine corrupt!

Never underestimate the entrenched power of the military/industrial/political complex. It has captured America and has been running us into debt for decades. We don't need 4,800 Abrams tanks or all the Humvees or the other stuff made to grease politicians for the "defense budget." It's a juggernaut and is unstoppable. And all in the name of "democracy."
