  1. Tim you talk complete sense to my mind. Having listened to you over the past 20 odd months you are the Least racist man I've ever heard. You push meritocracy above and beyond. That's what I think made you a bloody good fast jet instructor for all the time you did it in the RAF. Through pushing meritocracy, you kept your students and yourself alive. God bless you for all you did to make the fast jet pilots of the RAF the best that they could be.
