@ellebelle4094 I know about homicide. Right now there's a heart transplant expert (with extensive knowledge and experience)testifying there was not a drug OD and Floyd's death was oxygen deprivation due to compression. No evidence of Fentanyl OD. Compression. Those officers killed Floyd..and all prosecution has to do is prove they contributed to his death. Prosecution has more than met burden of proof. Cardiologist: "Mr. George Floyd's death was absolutely preventable." All they had to do was turn him on his side.

@zapador this is an opportunity to shine a light on how difficult it is to question a "superior" officer, even when they're going against procedure (after cuffing turn him on his side). Somehow departments have to make it easier to question a senior officer when necessary.

@queenmsj419 defense won't put Chauvin on the stand, or his entire history of excessive force is admissible, and the prosecution will destroy him.

FENTANYL FLOYD did he have 2 other officers applying pressure in ways which reduce oxygen getting to lungs? Because that's the torture they used on Floyd, complete with pictures of bending his hands back up higher (while handcuffed!)

@lesleycooper3088 yes. They are all guilty. Ex-officer Lane, who was at Floyd's feet, did ask Chauvin if they should turn Floyd on his side, and Chauvin said no. It was on one of the body cam's. Lane should still be punished, but at least he made an attempt at doing the right thing. But they all need to be punished. I hope Chauvin is convicted this week and gets a long sentence.

@Stefanie3 yeah the EMTs had to tell Chauvin to get off Floyd. He had been unresponsive for almost 4 minutes.

@Namehere129 exactly. And prosecution doesn't have to prove Chauvin was the cause of Floyd's death, just that he contributed to it.

@Stefanie3 definitely. I have law enforcement in my family. They've saved lives. Chauvin is a disgrace. Anyone like him needs to be off the force.
