@foxxrider250r it may have nothing to do with drugs. There are many very treatable mental illnesses. I wish people wouldn't assume all the time. Hopefully the guy survives and gets treatment.

@christinawilson2667 I support law enforcement. I have retired law enforcement in my family. I think that there would be benefit of more training for some police forces. There are times when cops don't understand psychology as well as they should. There's always room for improvement.

@blackjay5338 I'm on the left politically but I also have family who is a retired LEO, and I don't believe defunding is the answer. I do believe in more training, and more interaction (like we see in this video) with mental health professionals.

@foxxrider250r hope you're never on a jury, because you're assuming a great deal about this man, without knowing his history.

@adamwest8711 you realize that's anecdotal? That person may have been suffering from mental illness before starting to smoke.. Show me proof that weed causes mental illness. I'll wait.

@eo9337 social workers can be very helpful sometimes. Also I don't know anyone who thinks police shouldn't exist.

@cajunshine oops, sorry I guess I need more sleep. 😅

@blackjay5338 exactly! I'm on the left, and most people on the left aren't radical. The radical ones are just noisy.

Yes, the more mental health professionals work together with police, the more the situations will resolve with everyone alive.

@adamwest8711 "you and your friends"....I don't smoke weed. I've never read a reputable, scientific, peer-reviewed study which proves weed causes mental illness. "A link between" means correlation, not necessarily causation. Do you have something besides a list of names?

@adamwest8711 my comment is not deleted. Get your eyes checked. You know nothing about me, nothing about my experience, my health, life, or education, but call me ignorant? Ad hominem. Have a good night.

@AstralBelt sorry to hear what you've been through. There certainly are plenty of "experts" in this comment section, right?

@adamwest8711 YouTube can be quirky with comments. I'm looking at my comment right now. But sometimes YouTube can delete things. I assure you, I don't delete my comments. Edit, yes, but I don't delete.. People who engage in ad hominem rather than sticking to peer reviewed science are tough to have a discussion with..Take care.

@adamwest8711 never said I wouldn't look at the studies. I probably will. Peace.

Do we know he's still alive?

@granitebeast most healthcare in the US isn't covered by taxes. And if it is covered by taxes, tell me how is that different than taxes going toward public school if you have no kids, or taxes going toward a bridge you won't use?

@Riven326 why do you stereotype all mental health clinicians? They're not all the same.

@Riven326 many save lives

@frbe0101 do you know that's a drug from the 1940s with many horrible side effects, and there are other drugs far more effective? Do you realize shooting a dart at a human being is barbaric? Smh.
