@utubefreshie Yes, the book is really sad, but he was hopeful, and happy to be helping other addicts with recovery. It definitely seemed like the last year he was doing well. Jennifer Aniston said he even quit smoking, too, and was playing pickleball regularly. He was a kind, generous man. Michael J. Fox was interviewed shortly after Matthew passed away, and Michael said that when Matt got his first big paycheck from Friends, he donated a huge amount of money towards Michael's Parkinson's Research. He donated it without making a big deal about it. He did that often. He's missed, for sure..

@utubefreshie he described in his book that he had a spiritual experience, when he was clinically dead for a few minutes. He said it was very comforting and changed how he viewed life. He wants to be remembered for helping other people understand addiction better. RIP Matthew Perry 💔🙏
