  1. NUCLEAR INTELLIGENCE: Dear Ukraine, Europe will become strategically autonomous, including from the USA, the USA understands why. This means the EU, under coordination by France, will have new Strategic Forces. The USA will help us to make it fail proof, they are very willing friends, they have helped us in incredible ways, only a few people understand. It is almost like Trump was paid to act, to have this all come true, almost like it was an American plan. However, it means we have to create nuclear weapons for every nuclear actor in the world, for every type of imaginable system, including the first use type of nuclear weapons. The outcome is inevitable and debates will be futile, but still in a Democracy, we need to have Key Figures debate these topics in secret. We have to make cruel decisions, to protect everything what is good, everything we believe in. Ukraine, as part of the Future EU, you need to participate in these secret, extremely important Debates.
