This is very wrong way of doing business as developer?? Maybe bank can only loan only 50% of the overall building cost?? And the rest the developer mmust use their own cash? If dont has enough cash how to be empty pocket developer?? Sure very risky type of developers?? If i am the banker this type of developers come to me sure i dont give credot to him??...
