It will has to come down another 300 percents or even lower after today???.. all due to situation????... or even more losses for speculation investors????... we will see 300 percents drops or even more??? Due to world recession??? And due the mighty china very sensitive in price when it falls??? So all good investors prefer to sit and wait for all property prices to come down to the ground???.. and really no more balloon air in the property markets???... and if once the property starts to falls?? .. so we all believe that it will falls until the prices will automatically collapse till no more balloon air in it???... so we will see all speculation investors will end up losing all the money 💰 until they losses everything's???... and ends up in very hugh debts like usa now????....

They use your money to pay and mase the property price go up many times???.. then sell of to innocent investors??? By spreading rumours that it is very good buys???.. and then they sell the property to you???.. and means they cash out amd you stuck with the high price you pay???.. and they laugh at you falling into their tricks and traps??? .

Dont worry we are a group of friends interested to buy over only very very cheap properties only???.. if you has any very very low prices property and willing to let go of only 10percents of the lowest prices???... we are interests into buying your property for sale???.. For alls information??.. we experts your present propertyvwill has another 300 percents prices drop to be at the bottom??.. or even worse if you delay??.. Meaning if your property now is 1 billions now ???.. it will actually worth 250 millions now ???. And if after today it will come down to 25 millions later on???.. depends on situations???... and will be even worse?? ?... and we will has to pay very high taxes for all new property taxes in china ????...

And usa are having difficulty with debts troubles on their mortgage and banks are having problem now???.. as to for close propertys in usa??? As all are just helpless with their payments???... We suggest that all must not touch the present property now???.. just let the property markets to touch the bottom???.. dont jump into market now????.. just let the property markets to come to ground and no more balloon air in the property markets at all???... All due to foreigner speculation investors come and play up and down chinas property markets???.... So we ask all smart Chinese not to follow the foreigner who has push up the property price and now they encourage you all to go in and buy their profitable property ???.. as they now want to cash out now???? So we suggest that you all just sit and wait untill the falling property prices touch the ground???.. no more balloon air???... and sure the foreigner speculation investors will losses everything's or even in debts to bank???... Wait until there in no more balloon air in the property???... Then sure the speculation investors property process and auction of by banks to pay chinas new very high property tax that to prevent speculation??........
