  1. Japan had its economy torpedoed by the USA and was restricted from certain markets: areospace, for example. The USA is attempting to do the identical process to China's economy. China, unlike Japan, is resisting. A second issue is intelligence has a rather clean normalisation curve and 15% will be far to low to provide any economic benefits to the greater society outside of very low menial labour. These normalisation curves can be seen for other traits like health, eyesight, strength, etc.... including dispositions like honesty, showing up for work on time, stealing. About 5% if the population is essentially useless and probably shouldn't procreate.
