Not that it would matter, thanks to public schools, Americans lack the ability to read cursive and would't be able to read the US Constitution anyway. If it were read to them, they wouldn't comprehend the document in its entirety. So, go back to your reality TV about a guy holding a gun an inch from his nose.

  2. This is ridiculous. Yeah, maybe an Alien landed and probed him. Maybe God magically appeared and punched him. Maybe blah blah blah. OR maybe he got punched in the nose, fell on his back, was jumped on, and had his head smashed into the cement a few times by his attacker when he called out for help and ultimately shot the guy dead who was punching him in the face. Let's see what the Jury says, they have the final say on the matter. Thom demagoguery knows no limits.

  3. Prefacing something with the adjectives 'outdated' or 'rural' isn't an argument. Appealing to history isn't either. Classic Euclidean geometry is just as true today as it was 2200 years ago. Most Americans don't know what the US Constitution is because public schooling is a poor methodology of learning. It was invented to produce factory workers in the late 1800s for European aristocrats - hardly the skill set needed in today's advanced knowledge-based service economies.

Scenario A: a kid known for liking a good fight purposely circles around, starts a scuffle and punches some dude following him. The nose is a common area to punch someone - particularly when you plan to tackle him and smash his head into the ground. Scenario B: Man chances kid, pulls gun, places gun directly in front of nose and a few inches from nose and pulls trigger, then smashes own head into cement a few times.

  5. It's wonderful to watch Thom entertain these far-flung so-called 'theories'. It's of no surprize to see Thom giving into to the race-baiting. Hey Thom, you should run for politics - it's obvious you have what it takes to be a politician. Yeah, get in there and do what's "Good for Society". I suppose just like any other STD, Progressive Fascism will run have to run it's course like any other disease epidemic.

  8. The jury is agreed upon by both the defendant and the prosecutor. That's the whole point in HAVING a jury. It's the most impartial solution developed to date. So, again, we'll just see what the Jury says. If they say he's guilty, then he will be found guilty. If innocent, then innocent. It's really that simple.
