Both Bush and Obama were and are wrong in modifying these laws. It is unconstitutional. But the only recourse is impeachment. Is THAT going to work? No. It's expected that the POTUS will follow the Law. Of course, the POTUS shouldn't be expected to do 95% of the things it does do. The Government shouldn't be expected to do 99% of the things it now does. There is no solution other than to eliminate the workers' tax/income tax and cut off blood to this metastasizing cancer.
