  1. Are you sure this person is your friend? You make them sound like an idiot. I could never be friends or even semi-close to someone that moronic. Yes, tabacco causes cancer. Yes, the government should stay out of regulating it and leave that to the market place. Yes, Libertarians support law, fraud and property rights thus a commercial where a pretend doctor says smoking is good for a cough violates both property rights (damages your body/property) and is fraudulent (most doctors do not think smoking is good for a sore throat).  I was listening to a bureaucrat (In AU) talk about how she's going to 'go after small businesses' (referring to restaurants) because some people are not being paid correctly and that she saved the industry $1.5 million. I'm wondering how much her department costs? I bet it's way over that amount. Also, when they target small businesses it just puts people off wanting to start small restaurants leaving the chain-restaurants with the market to themselves (I'm wondering if that isn't the goal?)
