When Osbourne made councils responsible for raising local tax….Surrey got into real difficulty. Its full of wealthy pensioners and has have a very low business base. Osbourne changed the rules on the rate support grant and took money from the poor of the north to prop up Surrey.

Those who want rid of the Tories don’t care who replaces them. It’s been obvious for ages that it won’t be a majority Labour Government.

The Tories said Labour should have been better able to deal with the unexpected, like 2008. They where. With only 300bn in debt they could borrow to buy up the toxic debt. Now we have over 2tn of Tory debt and it’s their excuse for doing naff all.

@robmc3338 . He is conning people. The bulk of extra costs is EU exporters creating the red tape, not the UK checking it. If the cost of checking it is 1bn, the cost of creating it is 100bn.,
