I believe Indira was also right as you said in your last week's National Interest in not engaging with the USA as Kissinger and Nixon were so Anti-Indian as you mentioned in your earlier CTC(Lol,You have told all😂). And Indian regime too had fear of the US hegemony earlier as US was also much stronger then. But now ,The US, first time after Civil War of 1861-65 is feeling the Heat and it's hegemony is being challenged after WW1-2 & Cold war. Maybe we are in Cold War 2.0 I don't think Modern day US,be it under Trump or Biden can use India as Indian Administration thinks or used to think. It will be a 'relationshop of equals as both countries have loads of similarities and need each other not only strategically or economically but also politically and even socially.
