It's sad to see as Congress can really win Uttarakhand under Rawat,Punjab under Captain, Manipur under Okram Ibobi,Goa under Digambar Kamat, Himachal under Veerbhadra, Meghalaya under Mukul Sangma for sure. These are States ready to bring Congress back to power if Congress doesn't ket infighting happen. Then in UP with Allies (SP,RLD,etc)if they can really give a tough fight..it will be very interesting. And Out of Gujarat and Karnataka, They can win One. Then in MP too they can come back and Chhattisgarh should be a Retain. Rajasthan would be interesting due to its 'One Time Each' History. But only when Central Command let the Regional Leaders do what they want.

  3.  @reconquistahinduism346  Congress is not zero in North East.. It is Largest party in Meghalaya, Manipur,Main Opposition in Assam, Arunachal,Mizoram.

  4.  @tomriddle4110  Yep...I am just saying it can be close.. But these smaller states,Cong surely can win as even last time in 2017-18, when BJP was at it's pinnacle... Cong was SLP in Many of them.
