  1. I don't know why Germany is going so much into hands of China? Coming to our neighborhood, except Pak-China of course, Besides Nepal with whom we had brother like relations and they have weakened quite a lot since 2015, our relations are still good with Maldives(especially after Judicial crisis there),even with Rajapakshe in Sri Lanka I believe we can expect cooperation, Bhutan is an all time ally,with Bangladesh though: ties have become sour when nobody came to receive our special envoy sent there. We really need to revive Neighborhood. Although there is no chance with PTI govt in Pak with Backing of Military that there can be any talks,if India can neutralise Western front , we can be in a very good position.
