  1.  @therightgame3  and then India-Pakistan Dominated Hockey but couldn't influence due to Financial Constraints.. Now India Also influences FIH... Hope we can again become Powerhouse of Hockey.

  2. But This 4 quarter rule was introduced by India only..India still has viewership of Hockey in Punjab,Haryana,Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh,Odisha, North East,even South, much more than Europe. And so it also influences FIH now. And Yes, Faster is not always better.. see T20 where it's leas of a skill game and more of power, whereas Tests need and test genuine skills of a Bowler and a Batsman. Similarly, Hockey also needs some balance. Currently, It's like Ice Hockey on Astro Turf.
