Tbh, also due to the fact that INC has lower numbers compared to what BJP had from 2004-2014, BJP never allowed Parliament to function..,Whole 2010's all 3 sessions were washed out by protests and ruckus.INC has allowed Parliament to function a lot more than BJP although that has led to allegations on them of being a "Weak Opposition". P.s. Not an INC or BJP Supporter

@AA-re8jd Sheila was Best..Even today..Tbh INC Delhi is lot more sane than BJP Delhi and AAP. Ajay Maken and Subhash Chopra and Anil Chowdhary(Current INC Delhi Prez) too are better than Manoj Tiwari or Aadesh Gupta(Current BJP Delhi Prez). Gauti is good as MP but he will have same fate as Kiran Bedi had. I feel that if BJP had gone with Dr. Harshavardhana in 2015 or even 2020 or even now..It would be much better. And...In Delhi, BJP's core vote is intact... INC's entire vote has gone to AAP just like in Andhra entire INC vote went to Jagan(YSRC) or earlier to Mamata( TMC) in WB and split between INC & NCP in MH.
