  1. Bcoz In UPA , in Highway Construction, 1Km on a Four Lane Highway was counted as 1Km Added. Now that's 4Kms. So if NDA has increased Highway built since 2014 to 1,50,000 Kms from 40,000 Kms during UPA, It's almost equal considering 2-Lane or 4-Lane Highways.
