  1.  @hemantsolanki3676  If I take That in 2019 INC won 52 and BJP 303and I Subtract Bengal,Odisha,UP,Bihar where Cong is not major player and Didnt have Direct alliance then(in Bihar it had RJDetc) and BJP won huge...I.e. 18+8+58(on 4 seats INC was 2nd)=84...so 219 were won By BJP vs Cong or ts direct allies like RJD,NCP,JMM .Now suppose BJP wins 213 ...and NDA has JDU,AIADMK,JJP,NPP who add 30 ..so NDA 243..And I take BJP+Cong no. To be 322(206 INC+116 BJP) of 2009 or 326(282 BJP+44 INC) or 355( 303 BJP + 52 INC) .. so INC can be 109-146..and UPA will be around 200 with RJD,DMK,NCP,Shivsena,JMM, IUML.. then it comes to parties like TMC,SP,BSP,RLD who lean towards UPA. Left can support from outside. BJD,TDP(Surely after CBN crying) who are NDA leaning ..YSRCP can tilt anywhere...TRS has confusion as BJP,INC both are its adversaries in Telangana.

  2. He was defeated in 1996 When INC went from 244 to 141 in his leadership and BJP got from 120 to 161. BJP from 1992 onwards, even aftwr dismissal of all it's govts, lost MP to Diggi,lost UP to Mulayam-Kanshi Ram, won Rajasthan under Bhairon Singh Shekhawat and Delhi under Madan Lal Khurana, then spread its wings and formed Govt in Maharashtra in 1995 with Shiv Sena with Manohar Joshi as CM.
