  2. Himachal-Uttarakhand-Delhi-Punjab-Haryana -Chandigarh-,even J&K and Ladakh is the real NORTH and much more developed than Shitty UP-Bihar and I don't hate people there. I have so many Bihari friends(not a slang) and they themselves say Bihar is shit. Besides it's the Central India i.e. Raj-MP-UP-Bihar and East Chhattisgarh-Jharkhand-Odisha-WB that is poor. North East has more of connectivity and education issues. Gujarat,Maharashtra,Karnataka,TN, Telangana and Andhra are industrialised and well off. Goa,D&D,A&N,Puducherry depend on Tourism. Kerala has its own unique economy based on remittances and welfarism but is good in HDI parameters. Haryana has women discrimination issue but is more developed than UP.
