  1. Labour reforms are already done.. And Land is totally a state subject. Besides that's hugely controversial, even more than Farm laws.. That won't be brought in. Only laws that can be brought in now are Population Control Bill (RSS and RW is against it as it won't be much beneficial) or UCC or Anti Conversion (Difficult to define religion and would need amendments in Hindu Law,Muslim Personal Law,Christian Law, Parsi Law, Special Marriage Act, Many Articles of Constitution) or to make India. Presidential System that would require to change whole Basic Structure of Constitution that isn't allowed as per SC Judgements after Kesavananda Bharti case.
