Go to Gwalior-Guna and ask anybody there...he rightfully lost 2019 Lok Sabha Election to his own Worker KP Yadav who went to BJP. How would have he felt when he left his party..Btw, he only had 27 MLas out of 114 out of which only 16 could win in By Elections. He is Grossly overrated. Only Because margins were close. Pilot got to know his limitations within time and how BJP will treat you.

@Munish Firstly...He was going to get CM post within a Year and surely after Kamal Nath. RG was backing him...Sachin Pilot is sure shot after Gehlot whereas BJP will fight with Vasundhra,Shekhawat,Punia,Rathore, Kataria,even Om Birla. Dont think how he will get it now in BJP with Shivraj,Narottam Mishra,Narendra Singh Tomar,Kailash VijayVargiya. If Central Leadership makes him CM, it will cause big Resentment within Bjp that old leaders have no value.
