  1. Actually Indira added Secular word in Constitution in 1976 via 42nd Amendment although Ambedkar-Nehru expected it to be a basic premise. Besides, Later on Ambedkar had to resign after bringing in Hindu Law Code as many from RSS, Hindu Mahasabha, even Congress opposed him, also he wasn't from INC.

  7. Ok.. that's insightful..thanks for this. Actually with BSP as the big National Party (once it had MLAs in 12-14 states and power in Big UP and Good presence in MP,RJ,Punjab,etc although much Weaker now) and other parties like RPI, VBA in MH, LJP in Bihar and all these Mandal Movements helped in getting them jobs.

Although Many People Dont practice faith but they dont get themselves registered as Atheists or Irreligious. Even then...If you include them, it would be within the People who were born in the religion.
