As a thought experiment you could even make it pay for it self by opening up a pawnshop in say Moscow and pay out with counterfeit Rubles and getting valuable gold jewelry and such for which could be smuggled back to Ukraine, and then sold on the world marked for USD. Risky operation but it could short circuit the Russian economy on two fronts at the same time (mass inflation and extracting highly valuable metals like gold).
