  4. MSK, LOL touché. It isn't really fallacious though is it. The PLO found themselves heavily armed in someone else's country and decided they'd have it for themselves. A country which had offered them sanctuary : there's gratitude for you. A country in which they violated the law with impunity (well you can if you are heavily armed and answerable to nobody). Speaking of being answerable : who are Hamas answerable to ? Certainly not the people. Anyone who protests against Hamas is beaten or killed. Who are Fatah answerable to ? Themselves : they divide the Gulf oil money between themselves then swan around in luxury SUVs wearing leather jackets and sun-glasses. The real tragedy of the Palestinians has been leadership.

Palestine was claimed by Egypt, Jordan and Syria. Only after they'd lost 3 wars did the Arab states recognise Palestine. Don't expect a Libyan politician to know anything about history.
