So I actually did this to The Sentimental Bloke (Centennial Edition). I took out the N-word where it was used, because it was actually limiting how much the work was explored in schools, (I was a teacher). But I mainly did it to update the slang, as much of it is lost now so it was difficult to follow. It's not really censorship because if you do want to read the original they are still there.
