  1. Shot Spotter was placed in B*laq and Hispanic communities because those are the areas where shootings would most likely occur. It's the same as why do you put more "roach motels" and rat traps in a ghetto community, than you do in a well-maintained cleaned community ???

It's funny that B*laqs and Hispanics want something that proves that their own kind ARE the ones that are committing most of the shootings, SPECIFICALLY in their own communities, to stop being used to identify that THEY ARE the ones committing those shootings. Now, why would someone committing those crimes want to stop having their own kind being identified as committing those shootings ???? Just ask yourself that question.
