  14. No one will stop any of this. The city, the local law enforcement system, the communities, are all weak-on-crime and ignorant about what THEY allowed to happen. No one cares, because the B*laqs don't care about their own. If they did, they would raise their own kind better. But, they don't. They won't. They want others to raise them. By that time, they are casualties of their own kind, and culture.
