  1. Why no charges to the 2 arrested. They have video from the gas station... They have the guns (match the rounds)... They have fingerprints of both suspects, from the suspects, from the car, and from the firearms... Run their records, if felons...weapons charges....if not felons, are weapons legally owned - charge them. Attempted murder of a Law Enforcement Officer. Both get it, due to assisting each other in doing it.
