Does he think that people without ID's, electricity, water, food, cellphones, computers, nor homes can contact the-not-there-FEMA-employees to help them, when they are more concerned about finding their family members that might be dead ??? Biden, and the Democrats, went all out for the people without homes, without electricity, without food, without water, without clothes, without cellphones, etc....as long as they were crossing the border illegally. But, doesn't care about the American citizens suffering the same. Illegals get $6k...with NO documentation. Legal Americans get $750....IF they have the proper documents. Make that make sense !!!
