And since I have been through many medical courses, before certifying as an EMT-A, I just so happen to know a little bit about emergency issues and maladies. Now, just because you have an "ok - to work as a pilot" doesn't mean that you are "ok - to run a marathon" or an "ok - to do competitive boxing or mma". You could have borderline high/low blood pressure (hyper/hypo-tension) or high/low blood sugar (hyper/hypo-glycemia), which those could cause you to have one of the attacks you mentioned, and yet be completely unnoticeable. But, go on, tell us more, with your extremely knowledgeable medical evaluation.
