  16. The problem of women CHOOSING to be single mothers is able to be resolved. Here is my plan: 1. Single parent support payments can only be made for a maximum of two children throughout the lifetime of any parent. A maximum of ONE child in which the father is unknown. 2. If you want to be eligible for single parent support payments (almost all of these claims are by women), you must apply during the pregnancy, and you MUST provide the name of the father (or mother in a small number of cases). You will be charged with fraud, with severe mandatory penalties, if you lie. You can claim uncertainty, which will require a DNA test. If you apply for single parent support payments you have waived all rights to an abortion, other than within tightly controlled medical parameters, and will be charged with murder if an abortion is obtained. 3. The named father will be notified and allowed to accept or reject his role in the pregnancy. If the alleged father rejects his role, then he has no requirement to be proven to be the father by DNA tests, or to provide monetary assistance to the woman and child, and he will lose any legal rights to future custody of the child. He will have the right to demand a DNA test in order to confirm that he is the father. If the woman denies the DNA test, she will no longer be eligible for any government welfare payments as a single parent. 4. If the father accepts that he is the father, then he will be taxed extra to cover the entirely of the welfare support payment, and he will have full parental rights with regards to decisions made about the child's welfare, and access to child custody claims. If the father accepts responsibility but is already on welfare, then the father and mother will each receive one half a married welfare payment, and the custodian of the child will receive child support. 5. If the mother attempts to claim child support for a second child with unknown father, then she will not be eligible until such time as she has a full and irreversible hysterectomy. 6. If an employed father takes responsibility for a second child (in which the mother is seeking single parent welfare support), he will face a fine of $10,000 and will be taxed for the additional support. If he is already on welfare, he will lose his right to welfare support unless he has a vasectomy. 7. If a single mother with one child who is on welfare support payments, or a father who is being taxed for child support welfare payments, chooses to have a hysterectomy or vasectomy, as applicable, they will receive a one-time payment of $10,000 from the government. 8. Parents who do not seek any single parent welfare support will each receive a 25% lifetime reduction in income tax, per child up to four children!

So people need to start suing the police department AND the individual cops for this abuse. If a few successful cases don't resolve this abuse of power then the people will need to actively take this into their own hands and do WHATEVER IS NECESSARY to get it to stop.
