  3.  @globin3477  Some of these things will be tested by the SCOTUS, which was the INTENT of the EOs. The congress does not have constitutional authority to appoint ANYONE in the Executive Brand. Confirmation hearings for cabinet posts etc are a courtesy and a tradition but NOT required by the Constitution.
