  7. Lady, I'm a gal in my 60s, and I raised a family and am now a grandma. My advice to you is this: Move to a red state, not a huge city. Join a church, and put your heart into it (I'm not a christian btw). Learn to fish, shoot and hunt....join clubs where you can LEARN those things. Learn to do useful things. Find one other passion you have in life and become great at it. Mix with the people in the communities from all the aforementioned things here. Let go of "wanting" to find a man and some friends. Be self-contained. Be happy alone, but be open to the communities. And understand that if a christian guy who knows plumbing or carpentry etc, and fishing, shooting, hunting etc asks you out on a date, you are a lucky girl!
