  2.  @kilbridemeredith8742  You should check out Project Drawdown, the leader in planning how to reverse global warming, they have ranked the top 100 solutions and estimated the amount of money which should be given to each so as to bring about reversal of global warming. We all will need to know the relative value of the different top solutions in order to make strong arguments in the future, and Project Drawdown is establishing a process for those acting in good faith to work out accurate plans.
