@as-is89 It isn’t about handling winter. Of course they can handle some cold. It is the armour which struggles in cold. Not the ppl. When the ground hardens, Russia will roll out the bigger guns w/o (as much) fear of getting bogged down by the terrain. It isn’t about the cold dragging one side down relative to the other, but the cold elevating one side relative to the other due to the disparity in assets. That is, at least, how I understand the argument. Whether or not it unfolds this way is left to be seen.
