They can't because there are no bridges to cross over to it anymore.

There is zero information backing any claim you made up
8
Hahahahaha how can you believe that? They literally said that this was the goal. Even if it wasn’t, they lost THOUSANDS of soldiers doing it.
3
This war is so pointless. Tens of thousands of lives being lost for nothing.
3
There was a battle. They’ve been fighting for months.
3
@Χαρης-δ5π - "Kherson will forever be Russian!" (Forever as in 8 months)
3
Because Ukraine blew the bridges and they couldn't supply their men so they had to leave. This is a Ukrainian win.
2
They won’t use nukes. It will mean war with NATO
2
Unfortunately yes
2
Russia has lost more men in 8 months of fighting Ukraine than the US lost in 20 years of fighting Vietnam. This is a serious disaster for Russia. Also Ukraine's modern tank fleet is now larger than Russia's. Who's weakened again?
2
@fred4687 - It’s exactly like Vietnam dude. Vietnam used both conventional and guerrilla warfare. In fact, Vietnam was WORSE than Ukraine. Far worse.
2
@fred4687 - In Vietnam the frontline was EVERYWHERE! The soldiers didn’t know if civilians were enemies hiding among them or not and they were prone to large scale attacks. Vietnam was WORSE than Ukraine. Keep coping at the fact that Russia is losing. Ukraine’s casualties are roughly the same as Russia’s. Also Ukraine’s tank fleet is larger than Russia’s modern tank fleet is because UKRAINE KEEPS CAPTURING THEIR TANKS
2
@fred4687 - I literally answered both of those questions. Read.
2
@fred4687 - How can you disagree with both sides? Ukraine is literally fighting for their lives. Russia started an imperialistic war.
2
@fred4687 - I edited my answer because I just didn't answer about the casualties or tanks. That's what I went back for. I don't "make stuff up" to support my own view. The casualties are coming from US intelligence and they basically say they are almost the same rate of casualties. So far that intel has been right since from the beginning of the invasion. The UN has also said similar things. Can't trust Ukraine or Russian claims on casualties for obvious reasons. And I'm surprised you don't know that Ukraine has captured so many tanks that their tank fleet is huge now.
2
@fred4687 - ohhhh okay so you just eat the Russian propaganda got it. No point in arguing then huh.
2
@fred4687 - You literally just vomited Russian Propaganda bro
2
@fred4687 "Are you unaware of the background to this conflict? Or the ethnic Russians that have been under attack from the Ukraine regime for the past 8 years? Areas with no military presence shelled on a regular basis, petal bombs scattered around streets." You're saying this exactly like Russian media does.
2
@fred4687 - Both sides did this. Nobody is innocent. The problem here is that you are singling out Ukraine as if the Separatists aren’t just as bad.
2
Russia does not have the capability to pull off such a trap. They just don’t. Im sorry but that’s the truth.
2
It's a smart and tactical move by the Ukrainians because this is exactly why Ukraine blew the bridge. To make the Russians leave with minimal fighting.
2
Despite Ukraine never actually hitting the dam
2
@attilamarics3374 - I’ll get the source later because im working, but military generals said this.
1
@content1006 - Which then retreated a few months later with thousands dead
1
@content1006 - Yeah of course both took heavy casualties, but if it was a diversion they wouldn’t have made so many risky decisions that got so many innocent people killed. This is a war a politician started and the soldiers and families in the war are suffering.
1
Common Russian L
1
@attilamarics3374 - Yeah
1
Russia is fighting 1 country. Ukraine. That is it.
1
Yeah the 6th army got encircled at Stalingrad. But the terrain here is nothing like Stalingrad. The Ukrainians now have the advantage. Russia cannot win this war.
1
@tovarish_kommandir - That’s not true at all. Also if they use nukes it will make them look weak.
1
You mean the territory they lost?
1
A tactical withdrawal because the enemy blew up your supply lines. Yeah seems like a good move to me too. The Ukrainians still won though.
1
@chuapg1518 - Either way, Russia loses.
1
Funnily enough is that this also applies to the US. Russia and the US are both very unpredictable. In different ways of course.
1
COMMON UKRAINIAN VICTORY 🎉
1
@fred4687 - Yes I know the history of this entire thing. The coup happened against the pro Russian government and Russia used the chaos to annex Crimea and funded militias in the Donbas. Fun fact: Protecting the German people was the reason Hitler annexed Austria and the Sudetenland. Just like Putin is claiming to be "defending ethnic Russians"
1
@fred4687 - Fun fact: innocent civilians getting caught in crossfire is nothing new to war. The separatists do it to. Also it only takes 1 side to start a war so
1
@MrKakibuy - No no of course this time it must be a trap! Im being sarcastic
1
Calling on killing civilians? Average Russian.
1
Ukraine acknowledges that Mariupol was a siege. Kherson got both bridges for supplies blown up. This is why Russia left. Because Ukraine fucked their supply lines. This was part of the UKRAINIAN PLAN. Not Russian.
1
They retreated because Ukraine destroyed the bridges. Russia simply could no longer supply the troops in Kherson so they left. This was literally Ukraine's plan.
1
Crimea* Also Russia is too much of a pussy to use nukes.
1
@tovarish_kommandir - They attacked because they thought they could win in 2 weeks. They were over confident.
1
@tovarish_kommandir - The fact that they haven’t taken Ukraine by now means that Russia might just not be capable of holding it. Will power doesn’t win wars.
1
@attilamarics3374 - Dude the entire country is farmland. Ukraine is considered the “bread basket of europe”
1
Yeah Russia kicked ass in Kharkiv too huh.
1
Russian bot found!
1
Ukraine's plan was exactly this. To make their troops impossible to supply by bombing the bridges so they either leave or become so weak they breeze through. It worked.
1
Unfortunately most of their aircraft of inoperable. Too much maintenance.
1
Idk man. It really seems like Russia doesn’t have the strength for this. This is one of Russia’s smallest armies throughout their entire history.
1
@dduffey60 - Well within the past few hours all Russian forces have left the area so seems like no attack is coming. Also it’s ironic you say don’t underestimate your enemy since Ukraine overestimated Russia and Russia underestimated Ukraine.
1
@dduffey60 - Yeah I get info based on videos from the battlefield and maps of the frontline to figure out what's going on. Everything else is usually BS.
1
@dduffey60 - Huh? I've never made any informative video's on the war so I have no idea why you think I would.
1
@dduffey60 - Ah okay
1
No they never hit the dam. He's just lying.
