  14. Putin is a mad barking dog on a (chinese) leash. Masta Xi does not allow puppy Putler to use nuclear weapons. And very interesting: the position of China is shifting. Moving closer to the West. The general opinion among the chinese policymakers is that their biggest trading partners (US and EU) are more important than russia. The economic ties between China and the West are crucial for both parties. Trade with russia is not significant. The chinese think the russians are "crazy", do not believe in a russian victory and are afraid of having to deal with a failed state on it's border in the future.
