Seymour Hersh wrote that the US and Norway did it and I believe him because he is a legendary journalist. Also, if Ukraine attacks Germany's critical infrastructure that's an act of war and NATO must invoke article 5 and attack Ukraine but instead, the EU puppets will send many more billions to Zelensky and his Nazi buddies in Kiev.
