  1. +Andrew D I do understand what you're saying but sometimes we reject something or someone just because they are different. He's not the usual "bloke" type we are used to telling us about cars, like Chris Harris or similar types. And that can be unsettling when we are confronted with a different type than we are used too. I too was rejecting him a bit at first but could very soon look passed that and simply accept him as a different presenter. It often easier to reject new things in life and it feels more comfortable to stay with the familiar things we are used to. Be it a new coworker from a different country and culture, new foods or a new car presenter unlike the ones we are used to. At the end, if that person is doing his/her job ok, then we should accept the person. If not, regardless of anything else, that person should go. Just imagine if some customers would not accept you doing your job because you don't fit their image of the type of person doing your job, and asking your company to send someone else? Not fun!
