  3. Your travel speed varies. Now your travel TIME definitely decreases. You get there 10 minutes earlier for every hour of driving 10 mph faster.

  4. I keep right except to pass. If there is no one in the left lane in front of me, then there is no one to pass. If someone is driving slower in any other lane, then THEY aren’t following the law.
